I am on LTD for Heart Failure for 1 yr now. I have a bad shoulder problem worsening , My employer is not aware, I am city bus driver for 10 yrs.thats hard on the shoulders. Trying all types of rehab and have a good family dr involved. He said next step a specialist to get involved. Can insurance cut me for this, How should I handle this. Thanks

As long as you remain medically unable to work, your insurer should not be cutting you off or forcing you back to work against doctors recommendations, regardless of the new condition.
