Hi I am currently on LTD through government and my work. Which is RBC insurance coverage. I have been on for 5 years due to 2 surgeries that caused damage. My question is I am wanting to sell my home and move closer to my mom to help her . I will clear about 500,000 and I would be putting that into another home and she would pay the balance. Would that cause a problem with either LTD carrier would that disqualifie me or penalized from my claim?
