I'm a government employee. I've been publicly shamed, embarassed in front of my team by my senior manager, who continues to do this to others as well. I do not wish to lodge a complaint and be stressed out even more. I am on sickleave. My sick leave is running out and I do not wish to return to my current team and want to be moved to another team. Can the employer be forced to move me?
