Hello. My friend's claim date was Oct 11, 2022 and they started receiving money on Feb 12, 2023. They have a shoulder injury and waiting for surgery date. They recently got a call from Desjardins and to their surprise they had other personal information about my friend that was not previously shared with DJ. My friend has been using drugs and has an addiction. How could dj know about this, how can this affect my friend's claim? My friend also has a mental illness which he was completely in remission from for over 15 years but had a relapse about 2 years ago when thry were hospitalized and put on treatment. Can they make a further claim for either mental illness or drug addiction? Thank you. Ruth
