My employer posted for my job. They posted it as full time permanenet position and hired someone. but they changed the title. Dos thismean I don't have a job if I go back? SHouldn't they tell me they've done this? I'm on LTD and not working but wonder if and when I hopefully am ready to work again, do I even have a job? All their positions are filled now so if I went back they'd have to create something for me? how does that work? They didn't tell me I"ve been replaced so how does this work?

Thanks for writing. I hate to move you around from one place to another, but you’ve actually connected to our LTD department, as opposed to our employment team – and this would really be an employment matter.

I recommend using our free employment questions website (www.terminationquestions.com) as a starting point.

If you still have further questions, and you’re non-unionized, please let me know and I’ll connect you with our intake team to assess further. If you are unionized, you’ll need to speak with your union representatives.
