I have been on LTD due to my anxiety and depression for almost 3 years now. Last year I have was mandated by my insurance company to apply for the cpp disability benefits which I have done. My doctor sent all the necessary documentation that was requested. Yesterday I got the letter that I am being denied of the cpp benefits because according to their adjudication I am fully able to work. I am going to appeal this decision by sending the documents from my psychiatrist. But my question is when my insurance sees this letter will they also deny me of their payments basing it on the decision from the government that I am able to work.

I'm going to email you about this directly.
