Hello, my disability insurance provider recently commented that they are putting my claim on "maintenance". I have been on LTD for 3.5 years and used to hear from them all the time but I haven't heard anything for almost 6 months now. They made me attend an IME which confirmed that I am unable to work and the doctor said I have reached maximum medical recovery. Can you please explain to me what maintenance means? The company is Canada Life. Thank you
