I was denied ltd I was off work for two years. There was no way I could go back to work so I retired could I still go after them for list of wages while I was off

You may still be able to challenge the LTD denial, if the limitation clock hasn't yet expired. You should contact our intake team to set-up a call about this right away (time may be of the essence, so don't wait): https://stlawyers.ca/contact-us/.

Regarding any potential claims against your employer, I recommend using our free employment questions website (www.terminationquestions.com) as a starting point.
