I am on Ltd for a condition called LARS lower anterior resection syndrome. It is caused from having colon and the rectal cancer. Losing 2 feet of colon, radiation and removal of my rectum. I can have up to 30 bowel movements a day frequently up most the night. There is no cure as I will never have a rectum. I have tried all the recommended tips. This is painful, exhausting, mentally stressful and greatly impacts my quality of life and ability to work. My doctor supports me not working due to severe incontinence but Sun Life is saying they will most likely cut me off at the 2 year point as I can not provide enough medical proof. It is mentioned multiple times in my medical file I suffer from LARS. I also had a Takusobo heart incident 18 months ago which is caused 100% from stress as the insurance company was fighting me on approving my original claim.
Does it sound like I could have a legitimate claim?
