I am coming off LTD and although my hiring contract specifies my work place is Loblaw, I have been allowed to work from home 4 day a week. Only going in one day. Now I am trying to come off leave and they have a new company wide policy that everyone attend the office 4 days a week. Office is in Brampton and I am in Whitby. It was a verbal agreement when I was hired that I would only be one day in office. Anyone who does not comply will be given a warning and the next time you will be fired. Would this legally be classified as a constructive dismissal in my case instead of a termination with cause?

Yes, it may be, but I recommend contacting out employment team at 1-855-821-590 to discuss in more detail
