My brother has both physical and mental disability. He is currently taking opioids for pain. His Dr is not supporting his claim, or is not taking action. He is afraid to change Dr’s due to fear of losing pain meds. Can he be seen by Dr of disability office to be assessed. He is living off my elderly parents who are now in mid 80’s.
