I have been on LTD since August 9 2024, and my 2 year change of definition is coming up soon. I had right ankle fusion surgery on June 25th and just recently had a ct scan showing that my fusion healed less then 25% and a second surgery is required. I am booked for surgery on June 23, 2026 , can Desjardins cut my claim off

They should not cut off your claim if you have medical support saying you are not able to work in any occupation. If they try, let us know ASAP and we will help.
