I have been on LTD since April 2021 due to a cancer diagnosis.  My oncologist cleared in October of 2022 to return to my job with a recommendation of a part-time gradual approach.  It is now November 2023 and I am still not at work, I have been cleared again from my oncologist to return full time.  I am on my third LTD casework and have lost approximately $13,000 since October of 2022.  Is this worth escalating the matter to a lawyer?
