I am on approved LTD for mental health through an Unionized workplace that has group benefits. On my periodic follow-up on October, I was asked to fill-out CPP disability forms to Service Canada and I have submitted the forms. He also mentioned that in the future before my 2 yrs timeline comes in October 2024, they might ask to go to their Independent Medical Doctor. What should I do if in case they ask me to see their Indepdent doctor? what are my choices after 2 year mark if my mental health does not improve?
