I was approved for my change of definition date (May 2024) and I don't understand why. I am currently trying to get better and get back to work in the next few months (I have been off work since October 2021...the LTD company said they will send the approval to my employer...I am scared that my employer will now say that I have a poor prognosis for return to my own occupation and not hold my position for me or fire me...
