I will be applying for LTD (federal public service executive covered by Industrial Alliance) and I worry about being denied. I have a progressive degenerative spinal disease (ankylosing spondylitis, degenerative disc disease and cervical and lumbar spinal stenosis) resulting in chronic pain and chronic severe fatigue.

I am also being bullied and harassed by my Assistant Deputy Minister which I attribute to my disability (I have a DTA to work remotely fulltime). The ADM is undermining my competency, makes inappropriate remarks about the credibility of my illness, constant micro-agressions.

I would greatly benefit from legal advice and guidance.
