When applying for CPPD and other benefits, there is a consent form they want signed. Is it necessary to say yes to consent? Does it look bad if I say no? It’s not that I’m hiding anything but they ask for consent to talk to employers, schools, insurance providers, etc and I’m unclear how intrusive that may be. Thank you

I'm going to email you about this directly.
