I have been on Alberta Works since September of 2015 because I have been unable to work due to mental health issues. I have tried to apply for AISH but my doctors say it’s the others doctors job to fill out the medical part of the application. I have been seeing both doctors for 3yrs plus and both agree that I am unable to work but neither will go the distance to help me get the benefits I feel I am owed let alone need and deserve. Now Alberta works has informed me that I need to get this done or my benefits may be cut off. I am a single mom and this is only increasing the mental health issues I have with the worry of not being able to support myself and family. What do I do? What are my rights? Where do I go from here?

I'm going to email you about this directly.
