I was accused of having marijuana on me at work. I vehemently denied the accusation but I was still terminated. The company said they found physical evidence but I was never actually shown the so called pouch containing the pot. With me denying the accusation and never seeing physical proof, can the company terminate me with a fabricated story? I have a lot more in my history (my mother passed and I was off due to mental health but sent back against my will as per the insurance company
)

There is some nuance to this, so I'm going to email you directly about it.
