I had an accident 7 years ago. I was unable to work. I qualified for CPP LTD and two third party LTD claims and collected from all three of them for 7 years. I tried for catastrophic injury but did not qualify. I turned 65 and my CPP LTD changed to regular CPP and my two other LTD policies stopped. Now I want to go back to my job to earn more money. Can I do this or will it be insurance fraud after collecting payouts for stating I could not do my job?

As there are a number of moving parts to this, I'm going to email you directly about it.
