I'm a 69 yrs old employee and was cut off long term disability after 7 months. I was medically cleared to return to work on gradual hours with modified duties but was placed on "no pay" leave by my employer with no indication of a return date. Is the LTD cut off end date without full explanation legal after 7 months? Also, is it legal for the employer to refuse my return to work even though I was medically cleared to return?
