5yrs after allowing us to move out of Canada, and locking in the amount numerous times, a new supervisor has stepped in and decided to cut benefits in half in November. There have been many mistakes and lies and fabrications for 8yrs, putting a very vulnerable LVAD patient in grave distress. It's a lot, but I have a LOT of paperwork to follow it up
