I have been on LTD going on 5 yrs now, my employers insurance company just called and said that I have had my company benefits terminated as of Jan this year. I’ve had very little contact with the employer due to the toxic environment. Looks like I’ve been terminated with being notified. I’ve received nothing from the company. What’s my recourse?
