Im 47 filed for ssdi myself online 2 months ago. Does it make sense to hire attorney now in paperwork stage and do it myself or wait until I get approved or denied 2 times? So far I got a pain questionnaire and migraine form in mail.My conditions strong enough for under 50? Migraine, Back spinal stenosis, spondylosis, both Knee osteoarthritis, shoulder and neck arthritis,IBS, insomnia, sleep apnea. I need a RFC to win my ssdi claim? I reply issue to doctor in message but he call and refuse to write in my records I asked several times to document. Where can I submit my medical records and my written statements so I know they have my exact issue im in waiting initial stage?

Unfortunately, we are a Canadian-based firm with no familiarity of benefits available in the US. I suggest looking for a lawyer in your State for assistance.
