I have been on 2 previous approved ltd claims for the same reason. i went back to work because my husband got hurt at work and fighting with wcb. I did mot realize at the time that the ins company failed to get a doctors report and approval for my rtw. i worked for 9 months and had to go off again for same illness which was aggrevated by rtw. i sent in my paperwork med records with my doctor telling them i should never have went back and now is permanent. I was denied this time. Insufficient medical information. i am now having to go through crc review. we are at 2 years as of sept 13, 2023 do i have a claim for wronful denial? i am union and in my collective agreement states if back to work for 6 months or more you are eligible for benefits but have to wait the 5 month wualifying period.

I'm going to email you directly about this.
