I have been on LTD for the last 10 years I suffer a paralyzing stroke life altering. I'm confined to My bed most of the time do to the pain and when I do go out I use my mobility device.. I have a caregiver every day Not able to function without a caregiver to assist me. With this being said I received a phone call from my company wanting to know my medical situation documentation. I'm really puzzled by this after 10 years my doctor has provided LtD insurance updates and they have been understanding However my company wants to know my medical situation by leaving me a message in regards to providing a medical note. They also left me a message stating that I should cooperate in returning to a position at work I'm really puzzled shocked and hurt by their comments. Unfortunately my DoctorHas told the insurance company I am paralyzed. I think My company's trying to find a way to release me. If they succeed in their terrible Sinister ways will I lose my benefits and lose my medication benefits. I've been employed with them for 30 years. My doctor has told the insurance company I cannot do any job or I cannot return to my job. I believe my company is trying to fired Me.
