Thank you I’m on LTD for 1 and 1/2 years and insurance sent me forms to apply for cpp disability and not sure to fill these out or when I’m returning to work
I be been at my job for 27 years and I’m 62 just enquiring what to do thank you for your time

Under most modern LTD policies, there's a duty to apply for CPPD. If you refuse, they may be able to deduct what you could have received, had you applied. You could ask your adjuster for the terms of your policy that address this, to be sure.

If you're cut-off LTD for any reason, please let us know so that we can connect you with an LTD lawyer right away.

Also, if you're terminated, and you're not in a union, please let us know so that we can connect you with an employment lawyer.
