March 18 2026 I went off on STD as I can no longer do my job. My STD benefit has run out and LTD was denied regardless of medical documentation submitted. Sunlife automatically set up a denial appeal for me and requested more documentation. My name employer has put me on non pay leave of absence. I have a lawsuit in process against the gym but my lawyer won’t be able to help due the conflict of interest. What can I do Answer: I'm so sorry to hear this.
