WCB sets the average annual wage of the injury based on my 2021 salary. Since this date, we have re-negotiated a new employment contract which was completed during the time I have been on my active WCB claim. July 1, 2022-June 30, 2025. Can a get WCB to recalculate my average annual salary based on the most current contract when determining the value of my permanent partial injury?
