Add Comment Question: I’m on modified duties , was going through the process to be put on accommodation. As my back injury MRI showed more then expected. The WSIB orthopaedic surgeon recommended I return with restrictions / Limitations With estimated time Abilities and restrictions being Permanent This was based on a 8 hour shift I work 10 and a half hour shifts at Amazon The was dated April 21/24 They have had my pain specialist ! 2 of them both fill out RFI forms and had them send in and family Dr provide forms . I was told they would be approved as I’m able to work at a core level and lift 11 pounds safely. I have followed thier instructions to a tee . Today the emails started that my accommodation was not able to be accomated . Now they stated sending emails that my job reassignment was insinated ? Then it was my leave request? Was incomplete? I never applied for either one ? Then it was disregarded all emails my time limit had reached maximum on my medical recovery time ? That I need to apply for unpaid MLOA ? Then my leave decision was approved That I would not receive pay or benefits while I’m off ? I’m speechless! I’m able to work, have been working. Am a single female alone . I need my benefits!
