Add Comment Question: Hello. I had to go on short term disability through work, and then went on on long term while waiting for my WCB to be instated. My question is: I have 5 weeks of paid holiday and 80 hours in my bank to use every year. During this period I had to wait 5 1/2 months to receive the benefits. I withdrew all my holiday and bank in pay to use during the wait period. Would the holiday and bank time be over and above what I am entitled to from the short/long term I receive?
