Add Comment Question: I'm on std through work insurance had the paper work filled out by my family doctor which he put 8 weeks for recovery and my orthopedic surgeon said I require another 16 weeks which he misplaced the proper paper work and gave me a note instead so the insurance company is refusing the note can they do that.
