Add Comment Question: I have been on disability for the past 15 months with major depression anxiety with with a suicide attempt. I have severe bad conditions over the past 30 years. Within the past month I have submitted a 5 and a 1/2 pages of information to my insurance company. My family doctor has submitted multiple pages also my psychiatrist has also supplied multiple. Pages. And just days after they received my psychiatrist reports today. I get an email asking for 4.more forms to be filled out. I've been living with chronic pain for most of my life. I am on very strong painkillers. I just finished getting 2 epidural injections in my back that haven't worked. I'm waiting to find what the next steps are and I feel that Surgery is in my near future. What I am basically asking is that I cannot take this anymore from the insurance company. I get these emails I start shaking ,chest pains, cold sweats don't know what to do. They?
