Add Comment Question: I have been on LTD for 1.5 years for mental health reasons. I am currently attempting a return to work plan (3 weeks in of 6 week plan). My last 3 shifts resulted in some severe anxiety attacks, with the last one landing me in the hospital. My Insurer has said that I can not go back on LTD as the issues are not medical, but rather an work place issue that needs a resolution. Is this true considering the mental health issues are being brought on by the work place issues, and was the main reason I ended up on LTD in the first place.
