Add Comment Question: I'm on LTD since February 2022 and my last conversation with insurance I was asked if I applied for CPP Disability as of yet. I told them I didn't know what CPP Disability was. I was then told that our next call in September 2023 if my illness status does not change then the insurance company will go through what is CPP disability and how to go about applying for it. I guess my question is should I start the process now for CPP disability? I don't think I will be returning to work as I'm suffering from mental illness.
