Add Comment Question: I had a car accident 5 years ago and have been unable to work since I was previously self employed and now I’ve been told by my family dr and all my physical and mental therapist that I am not able to return to any job. I have tried to apply for disability before but have been told I can not get it because my has and works. Last year I was excepted for the disability tax credit and it was back dated to the day of my car accident.
