Add Comment Question: I have a claim with worksafe regarding my mental health and bullying and harassment from the owner/boss. My ei sickness benefits ran out mid December. I’ve been off since Aug 23/22. I have requested from my employer information in order to apply to my benefits through work. He will not answer me nor send the required information/ paperwork. I have reached out to Canada Life explaining my situation to no success either. What can I do? How am I to live without income of some sort? Worksafe could be months longer and what if I’m denied.
