Add Comment Question: I’m currently receiving long term disability as of been off due to mental health issues I was refereeed to one of the insurance company rehabilitation coordinator and one of there occupational therapist I received that they want me to return to work in the coming weeks and have sent a schedule to my employer I don’t agree with the schedule as I feel it will affect my mental health well being and safety I also stated to them that I don’t feel like I’m currently ready and still have ongoing symptoms , but they assume I’m cured because I saw the ot I currently stated that I would be seeing my own doctor in the coming weeks but could t get an appointment before the rtw date my case manager then emailed me stating that if i didn’t participate in the rtw plan they would terminate my benefits Answer: It sounds like your LTD claim may already be crystalizing, and you may need a lawyer at this time, so I'm going to email you directly about this.
