Add Comment Question: I was on STD for 4 months for PTSD as a result of a workplace trauma . I am now on LTD. My insurance company approved a series of therapy sessions. They have now moved my file to a RTW specialist who intends to have me back to work within a month . I have seen some improvement in my symptoms but I am not confident that I am able to return to my job. Other than psychotherapy - I have had no other treatment.
