Add Comment Question: I have been on LTD since Nov 2021 for anxiety and depression from burnout from my job. My COD is coming up in Nov 2023 and I am not ready to return according to my doctor. My question is, does my service continue to accumulate while I've been off? My start date was Dec 1987, so over 35years. My benefit information includes this about under 35 years and over 35, I'm not sure what this means......
