My younger brother recently retired from Telus due to his inability to deal with the work load. yesterday he was diagnosed with PSP, a are for of parkinson disease. Would he have a right to long term disability given he chose to retire from work due to the symptoms this disease has caused?

If he became disabled while he was still working then he may be eligible for LTD. He should apply for LTD ASAP and if he gets denied call or email me ASAP and we will help.
