On my last year taxes I only claimed $6000. And Im now trying to get disability insurance. I have a nurse at nurses center now and getting help with my forms. The allotted amount is $1185. A month, but I didn't even make that in personal income last year. Will this keep me from possibly getting insurance?

It depends on what kind of insurance you are referring to and the criteria for getting that insurance.
