i've been on wsib for 8 months due to a work place injury resulting in a concussion. Wsib and the rehabilitation center are trying to get me to go back to a job I feel exasturbates my symptoms while making me feel unsafe. What are my rights to refuse these desicions i do not agree with? A condition lasting this long is no longer acute. This is chronic and I disagree with the rehabilitation team at the ottawa hosptal as i've been going there for over 2 months with no significant benefits to me.

You should follow your doctors’ recommendations. Don’t get bullied or pressured by anyone to return to work before you are ready.
