My wife was declined by her employers Insurance for stress leave even though it has been recommended by her Doctor. She has worked for this major corporation for 37 years and her problems are definitely work related and the result of a stressful job.
I believe she is having a nervous breakdown but they say she won't get paid unless she goes back to work. They have now referred her to an appeals process
but I think this is just another denial tactic. Any options besides going back to work?

I assume you are referring to short term disability (or long term disability). If so, do not appeal. Call or email me at my contact info below and we'll provide you and your wife will the legal options.
