My wife had a broken arm out of work, she was offered modified work after doctor allowed her with restrictions, but after working couple of hrs on first day she got pain and swelling and had to come back. Would she be denied LTD benefits as she still cannot work even on modified work, what are her option?

She should be accommodated by her workplace. Otherwise if she can’t work she should be approved for disability. If she isn’t call or email me at my contact info below and we will do all that we can to help.
