My term disability still in place but But my health benefits at this have discontinued. What kind of recourse do I have?
If your employer cut you off benefits as soon as you went on disability, then that’s allowed. But if they keep you on and then decided to cut you off, that could be a constructive dismissal unless the employer has a written policy saying that it's their practice to do so.
