My spouse has been unable to work since 2009 because of mental health issues. She was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and has been denied any disability benefits apparently because she either didn't have enough hours of work to qualify for CPP disability benefits or had enough household income when she applied for ODSP. Please advise if this is worth challenging.

Unfortunately if the denial happened back in 2009 (10 years ago) we can not help.
