I was on short term sick leave returned to work with accommodations from my Dr after 7 weeks. My employer told me they could not accommodate me and put me back on short term sick planning to change to long term. My health challenge was being diagnosed with having had a TIA stroke however suffer from memory challenges, cognition is the issue. Two weeks ago I was approached by my boss and H.R. rep and told I was to work on admin duties until they heard from my specialist if my condition is short term or long term. Having heard back from the specialist and told I am long term conditions I was released.do I have options ?

If your doctors are saying that you are disabled from working then you should apply for long term disability. If you have any problems or are denied, contact me immediately and my team and I will help. My number and email are below.
