I was on short term disability with Sun Life until I maxed out my hours. I needed to be put on Long term disability but there was a pre existing condition clause. Waited from December to March 6 for them to complete their review with no income. They just got back to me that it was a pre existing condition they aren’t covering me. What are my options. I am not able to return to work and there isn’t any modified duties.
