I received approval for the Change of Definition on my LTD benefits. Shortly after I retrieved the approval I received notice that my Case Manager was being changed again. The actual COD date is mid December, which is still 6 weeks away. My question is do I need to be concerned that the new Case Manager is going to override the approval since there's still time before the actual COD date? I just received a call today from the new worker but I haven't spoke with her yet.
